Emeralde Gardens: Visions and Aspirations

Emeralde Gardens House beneath
the 100 year old Poplars & Elms
For as long as I've known her, my wife, Amy, has wanted to live in the country, with enough room to allow our children to come home whenever they need to, and the ability to "go off the grid" and become self sustaining. Amy has also always loved entertaining and having parties

When we first saw the property we now call Emeralde Gardens, we fell in love with it, and as we looked at it, the creative juices started to flow!

So, what, exactly, is Emeralde Gardens?

Emeralde Gardens is the last remaining undeveloped 3.5 acres of what used to be a 40 acre dairy farm and orchard in Tooele, Utah. The original part of the house was built sometime before 1890 set among a tree and grass filled paradise.

We still have a long, long way to go, but we intend to turn Emeralde Gardens into a working micro orchard and event center combining modern techniques of agriculture and ornamental landscaping with old fashioned hospitality and new fangled technology.

Come back and visit often, and see how we're progressing!
